RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management and maintenance of
- Campus backbone network (planning and management)
- Firewall and Intrusion Prevention System (IPS)
- WAN Load Balancing (WLB)
- Campus IP address management
- IP traffic monitoring and anomaly notices
- DNS registration and services
- DHCP
- EyeLAN intelligent network management system
- Network monitoring and log collection (LibreNMS, Graylog, N-Reporter)

- Data center
- Server virtualization and cloud server rental service
- Backup servers
- Network application servers and databases
- Campus information security website
- VoIP service
- Short URL service
- Library service servers (Institutional Repository, seat reservation, TEJ database, multimedia kiosk, book purchase recommendation, subject advisor appointments, multi-payment printing)
