Use the Interlibrary Loan Service to obtain books and journals which are not available in CYUT Poding Memorial Library.

① Registration for Nationwide Document Delivery Service(NDDS)—first time user

To request an item through Interlibrary Loan, you must first identify yourself to NDDS System. To do this you fill out a registration form using your Web browser. Registration has three purposes:

1. Entering your personal information into the NDDS System means you will not have to supply the information again when making future requests.
2. Having your e-mail on file with Interlibrary Loan enables us to notify you via email promptly when your request arrives in the library.
3. By specifying a Username and Password of your choosing, you will be able to review the list of items you have requested in the past.

② Requesting Interlibrary Loan Service

Use NDDS System Request Forms. There are currently two forms; one for Photocopied article, another for Books Loan.

③ Supply of loans and photocopies

Most requests are delivered within 1-2 weeks. If you require priority processing, please indicate a request deadline on the request form.

④ Notification and collection

You will be notified via email when the materials arrive. Collect the materials and the receipts for the service at the Circulation Desk in the CYUT Library located on the second floor.

⑤ Charges

Libraries charge slightly different fees for this service. An approximation is provided in the table below as a guideline. For exact amounts, please see “Library service charges”.

For Libraries within Taiwan

Books Loan	Appox. NT$100. Remember not all books can be retrieved via Interlibrary Loan Services.
Ariel Document Delivery	NT$5 per page plus a service charge

For Libraries outside Taiwan
